How do I order?

Go to the contact us page and click on the ‘order form’ link, please include complete details of what you would like to order in the form. We will get back to you within 72 hours. 

Where do I pick up?

We are located in Rockville, MD (off of exit 8 on I-270). Full pick up address will be included in your invoice.

Do you deliver? 

We only deliver for certain specials, it doesn’t hurt to ask for other orders. Normally we can deliver if it is within a 5-10 mile radius (Charges apply). All wedding cakes and large 2+ tier cakes are delivery only and must be in a 50 mile radius.

Do you ship?

We have recently began shipping our cookies, macarons, some jars, and hot cocoa bombs. (U.S Only)

Cupcakes and cakes are not shippable.

Do you have Gluten Free/Dairy Free/Vegan options?

We are slowly adding these options to our menu. If you do not see what you are looking for on our menu, you can still reach out and request anything to your dietary preference and we will let you know if we have the materials and expertise to accommodate.

How do I confirm my order?

You must receive an invoice from me and you must pay in full to confirm your order or 50% for $200+
orders. If you do not pay this, your order may not be fulfilled. Please read our full policies on your invoice or here.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our preferred way of receiving payments is credit/debit or PayPal through the invoice you receive in your email.

The second preferred way is Cash App.

Zelle and Apple Pay are available upon request as well.

We DO NOT accept Cash, Venmo, or Checks.

All payment details will be on your invoice.

Some items are set up as direct payment through the website, these will only be fulfilled to PayPal or credit/debit.
